Hello, I'm Kami Sidman, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a Harvard Law School grad based in Washington DC and Arlington, VA. My goal is to provide a warm, compassionate, and authentic approach to therapy.
My winding path has taken me from civil rights policy work to work in student affairs, career counseling, and several years in a university counseling center. I have extensive counseling experience with emerging and young adults (18-30s) and others navigating life transitions. I often work with clients who feel stuck professionally, struggle with work/life balance, or are considering a career change.
As a multiracial woman of color, I enjoy counseling clients with any identity concerns. I appreciate working with lawyers/law students, among others, and I have particular interest in exploring client giftedness, creativity, sensitivity, and high achievement.
